4/24/2023 0 Comments Drakengard 3 dlc trophiesI just targeted the titan, downed it and then used the ring weapon to keep attacking it, which would also hit the surrounding small soldiers due to the weapon’s ridiculous range. The way I did it is on the stage with bluish color, there is a titan (giant soldier) with spawning normal soldiers. I think there were many opportunities to get the 100-hit combo trophy that I missed, but I finally did it in chapter 5. The combo ‘sustenance’ of this game is pretty strict. I haven’t seen the other endings though so I shall see. It’s even possible that the epilogue manga Drag-on Dragoon Shi Ni Itaru Aka follows this ending. I think the A ending of this game is quite a proper end (although short and not enough background revealed). I guess instead of having a dragged-on story to fit an acceptable gameplay length, they rather have shorter story with additional what-ifs. I checked around a bit and apparently one peculiarity with Drag-on Dragoon series is that the game has multiple endings, with the first ending being called A ending, the next one B ending and so on.īut gameplay-wise I don’t think I’ve beaten the game after the credits rolled and all that, I can seemingly just continue where the game left off to pursue B ending. Especially in order to reach the last ending. I didn’t expect that I have to grind at this game. I thought D ending was very hard and/or other gamers are paranoid about upgrading everything before tackling the final challenge. No wonder when I checked the trophy list, the rarity of trophies for getting all weapons is more common than beating D ending. If I knew about this I would’ve upgraded only a few weapons and saved the rest of the money, as the upgrades can cost as much as buying new weapons. Not only that, I have kinda spent the money to upgrade various weapons. I think this is the first time in my life that a game ever blocks me for not having bought everything in the shop. Is the protagonist going to do Unlimited Blade Works with these weapons? I seriously doubt it. The game ARBITRARILY decides that I need to buy ALL weapons before I can play D route. And it seems D ending is the last one, but when I attempt to beat it, I got stuck all of a sudden. C ending was particularly nice (reminds me of a memorable scene in Gundam Seed).
